Mediation communications are handled in accordance with the Agreement to Mediate signed by the parties and applicable Alberta law. Information you send through this website before an agreement is in place is treated as confidential but is not covered by solicitor-client privilege.

Form submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorized staff, and notification emails are sent to our team. We retain records only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by professional obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.
